NĒBO (neH-bo) - is a drip coffee brewed by percolation method, when water is flowing through the coffee extracting soluble compounds

Open the package and take out the filter bag. Tear along the dotted line at the top of the filter bag. Pull apart the side supports and place it on your cup (we recommend a cup that's not too wide and tall enough for the coffee to flow freely)

1) First pour: Fill the brew bag to the top with a steady stream of water. We recommend using fresh, filtered water at around 90-92°C (194-197°F) or 2-3 minutes off boil. Thermoses, water bottles, or even a humble paper cup make great pouring tools!

2) Second pour (at 0:45): When the timer hits 45 seconds, top up the bag again with a steady pour.

3) Final pour (at 1:30): At the 1 minute 30 second mark, give it one last pour to the top.

Let the water drain completely, this should take about another minute (≈2:30 - 2:45)

You'll be left with a nice dry bed of coffee grounds and a cup full of goodness!

For richer mouthfeel and heavier body leave a bag to hang out for 1 more minute of infusion

Remove the bag, take a sip, and enjoy!
